Mental health is one of the most talked about topics currently in the area of ​​well-being. The impact that the covid19 pandemic had (and has) on our lives, especially at work, drew attention to this very pertinent topic.

In Portugal, as in many other countries, teleworking was decreed mandatory in order to minimize the transmission of the disease.
