Intel has already released drivers for Windows 11
On July 14, 2021, Intel, a technology multinational, released the new update for its drivers for integrated graphics cards and caused a stir for already being adapted to the new Windows 11, the latest operating system from Microsoft.
But what are drivers and what are their functions in a computer?
The drivers (which should not be confused with the word drives, usually related to multimedia readers or hard disks) are small programs that teach the computer's operating system how and when its hardware components can be used.
Video drivers make your graphics card (also known as GPU - Graphics Processing Unit) work properly, translating the codes produced by the system into a format that can be interpreted by the monitor, such as the image.

Intel thus becomes the first brand to manufacture drivers designed for the new generation of Microsoft's Operating System, Windows 11, and "surpasses" its competitors Nvidia and AMD by offering support for Auto HDR for Intel's 10th Generation processors.
And finally, good news for gamers! The new version - "30.0.100.9684" - also offers support for the game "F1 2021", in addition to fixes for the games "Call of Duty: Warzone" and "Moonlight Blade".
To install the driver, at least a 6th generation Intel CPU (Skylake) will be required and having Windows 10 from 2018 (version 1809) or a more recent version. There is still no information regarding storage.
