Three year warranty

Return guarantee
In addition, the user, if not the consumer, may exercise the right of return without being required to pay any compensation, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the consumer acquires physical possession of the good.
To exercise this right, the user may use the available draft here, indicating all his/her identification data, the subscribed service he/she intends to resolve and the date subscription.
The communication must be made, by letter, through the return of the acquired good, or by other suitable means and susceptible of proof within the period defined above.
Home delivery
Delivery is free for all equipment in the store, except for autonomous regions and islands, for which a delivery cost of 25 euros is added.
The equipment purchased will be delivered to your address within 72 hours after ordering and payment confirmation, for products whose stock is available and for deliveries in mainland Portugal and Spain.
Deliveries are guaranteed by the carrier Nacex.
Attention: due to high demand, during Black Friday, Christmas and sales periods, shipping and delivery times may change.

If you prefer, equipment can be picked up at the store, after or at the same time as payment.

Payment methods
Payment for your order can be made through the following means:
Debit/credit card
Payment using debit or credit cards Visa, Mastercard or American Express, with secure processing guaranteed by the Easy Pay gateway.
Multibanco
An ATM reference will be provided at checkout, which must be paid to confirm the order. Products will only be shipped or available for collection after payment confirmation.
MBWay
If you use the MBWay service, you can select this option in the payment method. By entering your mobile number, a notification will be sent to the MBWay or your bank's application, which you must confirm. Products will only be shipped or available for collection after payment confirmation.
PayPal
At checkout, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you must enter your login credentials and confirm the payment. Products will only be shipped or available for collection after payment confirmation.
Bank transfer
At the time of checkout, you will be provided the bank details to where the value of your order should be transferred, and then you must send the proof of email cliente@digiplanet.pt. Products will only be shipped or available for collection after payment confirmation.
Payment in store
Payment in store can be made in cash, check, debit or credit card, and, after payment, the product can be collected.
SplitIt (payment in installments)
Digiplanet, through SplitIt, offers payment in installments. The same must be done using a credit card (prepaid cards are not accepted¹), and the SplitIt payment option must be selected during checkout. Afterwards, sa monthly installment will be charged by the credit card company. Requires the customer to have credit available on the card for the purchase amount.
Cash on Delivery (payment on delivery)
If you prefer, you can choose to pay for your order at the time of delivery. Payment must be made to the carrier².
¹ In the case of prepaid cards, including those generated using MBNet, the total amount of the order will be charged.
² All orders placed through Cash on Delivery will only be processed after confirmation by telephone with the customer. Shipments of this type are not made to the autonomous regions of the Azores and Madeira.
