The processing of DIGICONTA Customers' personal data is the responsibility of DIGICONTA, consisting of an operation or a set of operations carried out on that personal data, by automated or non-automated means.
The DIGICONTA website may contain links to third party/partner websites. The websites referred to are not under the control of the Company, and it is therefore not responsible for the content of any of these websites. Users of the Company's website are recommended that, when accessing other websites, they consult the pages within these websites that refer to their privacy policies.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April of 2016, any DIGICONTA customer has the right, at any time:
- Withdraw or change the consent given to DIGICONTA for the processing of your personal data, with effect for the future. After withdrawing the consent given to DIGICONTA, stop being contacted for the purpose of promotional, marketing and/or advertising communications;
- Request information about your personal data;
- Request correction of any of your personal data;
- Request their portability;
- Request the limitation of processing, erasure or pseudonymization of your personal data, and which are not necessary to comply with any legal obligations of DIGICONTA, namely for security purposes and/or legal or contractual guarantee;
- Be informed by DIGICONTA if it eventually intends to process your personal data for purposes other than those for which you hereby grant your consent.
For any information, as well as to exercise the rights legally conferred on them, customers must contact DIGICONTA, via email with the address geral@digiconta.pt.
The communication of personal data does not constitute any legal obligation, however, it is necessary for the proper execution of the purchase and sale and/or service provision contracts concluded between DIGICONTA and its Customers, given that the non-consent to the processing of this data may make it impossible to conclude these same contracts or provide certain services.
It follows from the foregoing that the personal data of DIGICONTA customers may be subject to automated processing in order to adapt promotional, marketing and/or advertising communications, as well as the provision of services to this data.
DIGICONTA will retain its customers' personal data for the period necessary to carry out contacts and commercial transactions, respective invoicing and compliance with legal obligations.
The Holder of personal data is also fully and clearly informed that he or she may lodge any complaint regarding the violation of his or her rights with the National Data Protection Commission.
This Privacy Policy may be subject to change or revision, without prior notice, due to legislative or regulatory requirements in accordance with current law. All significant changes to these terms will be duly communicated to users on the DIGICONTA company website.
