Yes, all equipment available in our store comes with a warranty.
Refurbished equipment purchased from January 1, 2022, has a warranty period of up to 3 years, depending on the region.
This period is considered from the date of the equipment invoice and can be exercised upon presentation of the warranty certificate and/or proof of purchase (invoice) duly completed.
Additionally, the batteries of refurbished equipment have a warranty period of 3 months. If any problem occurs with the battery during this period, you can exercise the warranty period upon presentation of the warranty certificate and/or proof of purchase (invoice) duly completed.
The accessories that come with the equipment have a warranty period defined by the manufacturer, which, under legal terms, is at least 2 years for individual consumers. This period is also considered from the date of the equipment invoice and can be exercised upon presentation of the warranty certificate and/or proof of purchase (invoice) duly completed.
However, it is important to emphasize that there are some warranty exclusions. Among these exclusions are defects caused by abnormal wear, improper installation, weather conditions, negligence, or accidents, among others. Therefore, if any problem not covered by the warranty occurs, we will provide a repair estimate for the equipment.
